It is very important that you do a minimum of two colonics, the second within 72 hours of the first.

Recommended Maintenance Schedule:

Two colonic sessions (back to back) every 4-5 weeks.

Massage Therapy Rates

1 Hour Session -- $75

A 60 min massage is great if you only have an hour to spare (for example, your lunch hour) and need specific work done on particularly stressed areas.

90 Minute Session -- $120

Allows me to take more time and work out knots, adhesions, and focus on trigger points.

Infrared Sauna Rates

For each 30-40 minute session: $30

The sauna is heated to 130º prior to your arrival.
You will receive towels.
Your session will start with 10 minutes of warmup.
Once sweating has begun, then 20-30 minutes is recommended.
During your session in the sauna, you will be exposed to infrared energy in the frequency of 8-12 microns--the optimal frequency for your body.
Showering is required before and after your session. The shower facilites are located in the private suite with the sauna.
